Our Story

ELEVATE Sports Performance was founded by The Brocks with one mission:
To give athletes an unrivaled competitive edge.

 

With over 40 years of combined experience in sports performance coaching — including 15+ years at the collegiate level — The Brocks have worked with athletes of all ages and skill levels, from youth and high school to NCAA Division I and professional athletes.

Their training philosophy is built on decades of hands-on coaching, collaboration with some of the nation's top Strength & Conditioning professionals, and years spent working closely with collegiate and high school sport coaches. Every ELEVATE program is grounded in research-based methods and shaped by a lifetime spent under the bar.
